Unimatch Lab.

We look for

Obsessive fanaticsand high‑performance operators

Full ownership from day one. You take a whole direction and own the result end to end.

HOW THIS WORKS

We invest in people

We don't fill vacancies. Unimatch Lab is a venture studio: we provide capital, infrastructure, network and expertise, and you take a domain and drive it to a result. This is corporate entrepreneurship: you hold equity in what you build and have a path to your own company.

Capital and infrastructure

The entity, funding, legal perimeter, hiring and AI stack are already in place. You don't spend your first two years on plumbing.

Equity in what you build

Revenue share and options in the product or stream. You earn as a co-owner, not as a salaried executor.

Network and expertise

Access to founders, investors and people who have walked this road. Your odds of getting to a result are far better than going solo.

WHO WE LOOK FOR

We're not for everyone, and not everyone is for us

The team is the first circle of people you spend most of your life with. That's why the bar is high: we look for our own kind by values, spirit and mindset, people who want to play in the top league and grow.

01

Obsessive fanatics

They can't not do what they do. They think about the work in the shower, in the morning and before bed, because they don't know another way.

02

Real operators

Strong executors. They take a whole domain with full ownership, hold the front and get to a result without supervision.

03

Builders

Systematic, organised and hugely productive. Fast problem-solvers: they close problems instead of producing them.

04

Helicopter view

They think instead of executing tickets. They dig to the essence, analyse, decide on their own and own the outcome.

05

Leaders you can trust

Autonomous, they lead their team and fight to the last. No intrigue and no politics behind your back.

06

Tempered by experience

They've walked a long road, cracked their heads and see reality without rose-tinted glasses. They know big things are built only together.

WHAT WE VALUE AND EXPECT

Ownership comes with the domain. After that it's a question of attitude

We hand over the budget, the decisions and full carte blanche. In return we expect you to treat the work as your own business, not as an assigned scope.

01

A leader starts the inertia

You don't wait to be pushed. You set the goals, raise the tempo and start things yourself. Whoever pushes only when pushed isn't a leader.

02

You bring solutions

Bringing a problem isn't enough. Come with options, a recommendation and the readiness to defend and deliver it.

03

We don't sell suffering

You tried hard, it was tough, it took a lot of time. That doesn't count. There's a result or there isn't, and without it all the effort multiplies by zero.

04

You treat it as your own

You defend budget, deadlines and quality the way you'd defend your own money and your own name.

05

Agreements outrank convenience

Ethics and your word matter more than momentary comfort. That's what internal reputation is made of.

06

The bar is held from within

Not because someone will check. Working below your ceiling is disrespect toward yourself and the team.

Strong people arrive with goals, solutions and strategy, like self-guided missiles. Average ones arrive with problems and sell you their suffering.

FAST TRACK

A fast track for people who deliver

This is not classic employment. Unimatch Lab is a smart investor and strategic partner: capital, infrastructure, ecosystem, network and expertise. You join as an operator, take a domain and grow on results. The culture is corporate entrepreneurship: high performers who deliver move fast.

  1. Step 01

    A product or direction

You take a specific product or domain end to end and own the result. Discovery, MVP, PMF, first revenue.

  2. Step 02

    The whole ecosystem

Once you deliver, you take the whole stream: metrics, team, hiring, launch cadence and the P&L of the direction.

  3. Step 03

    Your own company

You build a company as Co-Founder and CEO with Unimatch Lab as smart investor and strategic partner, on our infrastructure and with our backing.

Nick Bereza
For our goals to happen, the first circle — the first 20 to 40 people, the managing team and partners — logically and technically cannot fail to become very wealthy. That's game theory, not a promise.
Nick Bereza · Founder & CEO

A solo founder spends the first two years on the entity, hiring, infrastructure and chasing money. Here that already exists, so the odds of reaching a result are far better than going alone.

WHAT'S ON THE TABLE

What we put on the table

A base, bonuses, equity and the studio's resources. From there it's only a question of what you do with them.

01

A fixed base

A salary set by role and stream. It covers your life so you think about the product, not about how to close the month.

02

Bonuses for shipping and performance

On top of the base we pay for shipped releases, metrics hit and OKRs closed.

03

Revenue share

A share of the revenue of the product or stream you own. The more the product earns, the more you earn.

04

Option pool

Options inside a specific product and inside an ecosystem stream. You hold equity in what you build.

05

A fast track earned by results

Growth is measured by performance, not tenure. Deliver, and you take on more products, more budget and more equity.

06

Full ownership

We hand over the whole domain, with a budget and the right to decide. We expect exactly the same ownership back.

07

A path to Co-Founder and CEO

Your direction spins out into a company, you become its CEO with equity, and the studio funds it and stays on as a smart investor.

08

The studio's resources behind you

Capital, the legal perimeter, hiring, an AI stack and direct access to the founders. Remote-first, core overlap 15:00–19:00 CET.

HOW HIRING WORKS

We hire slowly, verify long and then trust unconditionally

Our goal isn't to close a vacancy fast. It's to find our kind of person for years ahead. Trust is earned in real, hard situations, so we take longer to get to know each other and longer to agree, and from then on we move reliably.

01

Screening

We read every application ourselves, no ATS black box. Then a short call with the hiring team to align on experience, expectations and motivation.

02

Deep interview

A long conversation with the stream lead about your track record, real cases and how you decide under uncertainty.

03

Culture fit

One-on-ones with the core team and a founder. We look at values, ethics and how you behave when things get hard.

04

References

We talk to people you've actually worked with. Hygiene for us, not a formality, and we always do it.

05

Pilot contract

Two to four weeks on a real product with a clear Definition of Done and concrete artifacts. We don't give take-home tasks.

06

A 30/60/90 plan and the long game

We match results both ways, set a plan for the first three months and go long. Or part ways honestly.

CHECK FOR YOURSELF

The result is the criterion of truth, everything else is noise

We look at work like professional sport: there's the scoreboard, and there's everything else. We say it up front so it never comes as news later.

We're aligned

  • Hungry and ambitious: you want to be the best at what you do
  • You learn every day and you learn fast
  • Honest, ethical, someone who keeps agreements
  • You own a direction and come with solutions
  • You mobilise when things get hard
  • Ready to put in 101%, not to log hours
  • You take direct feedback as fuel
  • This is your main project, not one of several

We're not aligned

  • You're used to corporate comfort: less responsibility, more perks
  • You wait for instructions at every step
  • Only money moves you
  • You're running several other projects in parallel
  • You need gentle delivery and a sheltered environment
  • You're comfortable standing still
  • You sell process and effort instead of results
  • A strong pro, but our values and spirit don't match

HONESTLY, UP FRONT

If work-life balance is your priority, this is not our culture.

Here the people who put in more than everyone else win. That's not how you become an Olympic champion, and we're not going to talk anyone out of their choice.

We look for people who multiply each other.

When the right people come together, team potential doesn't add up, it multiplies. If something resonated, that's a good sign.
