Privacy policy

The short version: this site does not track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. The only personal data we receive is what you send us through the role application or the investor enquiry form.

Last updated: 2026-07-29

01Who processes your data

Legal entity
Unimatch LLC (Delaware, USA)
Data requests
admin@unimatch.ai
Where we process
United States

02What we collect

Only what you type yourself, plus the standard server logs of our hosting. No hidden sources, no purchased lists, no profile enrichment.

  • Role application: full name, email, location and timezone, Telegram, LinkedIn, portfolio or GitHub, CV link, income expectations, your answers to the form's questions, and the role you are applying for.
  • Investor enquiry: name, email, fund and message.
  • Server logs: IP address, user agent, and the time and path of the request. These are created by our hosting to serve pages, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

03What we don't do

  • We run no analytics — no Google Analytics, no product analytics, no counters.
  • We set no advertising or tracking cookies, and no social network pixels.
  • We do not sell or share data for advertising, and we do not take part in targeted advertising.
  • We do not profile you and take no automated decisions that have legal effects for you.

04Why we need it

  • To review your application, reply to you and run the hiring process.
  • To answer an investor enquiry and continue the conversation if it makes sense for both sides.
  • To keep the site working and secure, which is what the server logs are for.

Legal basis under the GDPR: your consent when you choose to submit a form (Art. 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in operating the site and hiring (Art. 6(1)(f)).

05Who else sees it

  • Vercel (USA) — hosts the site and holds the server logs.
  • Our own intake service — a submitted form is forwarded there so the team sees it.
  • Public authorities — only where the law requires it.

No ad networks, data brokers or marketing platforms are on this list, and none will be added without updating this policy.

06How long we keep it

We keep applications while the role is open and for a reasonable time after — up to 12 months, so we can come back to you if a fitting position appears. Investor enquiries are kept while the conversation is live. Server logs have a limited retention on the hosting side.

Write to us and we will delete your data sooner than that.

07Your rights

Write to admin@unimatch.ai and we will reply within 30 days. We ask for no identity documents: an email from the address you used in the form is enough.

  • Get a copy of the data we hold, correct it, or have it deleted.
  • Withdraw your consent and object to processing.
  • If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland — your GDPR rights, including data portability and a complaint to your supervisory authority.
  • If you are in California — your CCPA/CPRA rights: to know what is collected, to delete, to correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or “share” personal information as CPRA defines it, so there is nothing to opt out of.

08Security

The site runs over HTTPS and access to applications is limited to the people who need it for their work. No service can promise absolute security, so please don't put anything in the free-text fields that must not fall into the wrong hands — identity documents, medical details, passwords.

09Children

This site is addressed to adults: candidates, partners and investors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If that has happened, write to us and we will delete it.

10Changes

If we ever add analytics, a chat widget or any other third-party script, this policy will be updated before it goes live, and the date at the top will change. Material changes will be described here, not buried in a new revision.
